THE CRANK HAS A EXTENSION BOSS AND FLY WHHEEL BOLTS NEED SPACING WASHERS APPROX THE SAME LENGTH AS FLYWHEEL WIDTH, SECURE THESE FIRMLY BEFORE MEASURMENTS ARE TAKEN..

32.8 +-.2 MM FORM EDGE OF STEEL PIECE TOUCHING CRANK BOSE TO THE FACE OF CRANK BOSE.

33 +- .3 MM SEAL TO FACE OF CRANK BOSE... 

IT IS IMPORTANTANT TO GET IT AS SQUARE AS POSSIABLE AND THAT STEEL SLEEVE IS RUNNING PERFECT WITH NO RUN OUT.

iF THE INNER STEEL SLEAVE IS NOT DAMAGED I LEAVE IT IN PLACE AND JUST REPLACE THE SEAL PART..

NEXT TIP IS BOLT UP THE  FLYWHEEL 60FTLBS +60° +30°  RUN ENGINE WITHOUT CLUTCH FITTED FOR 10-20 MINUTES (HAVE A CLEEN UP SOMETHING TO EAT ETC WHILE CHECKING) AND IF IT IS DRY YOU CAN PRETTY MUCH BET IT  IS GOING TO BE FINE.

i HAVE ALSO HEARD THAT AN OLD TYPE SEAL CAN BE INSTALED BUT i HAVENT DONE THIS THE 2 PIECE IS BETTER IF SET UP RIGHT.

AS FAR AS iKNOW ISUZU ARE THE ONLY ONES WITH A TOOL FOR THIS ENGINE IF YOU CAN FIND ONE LET ME KNOW.
